🔁 Returns

Returns are acceptable only while the courier is at your door. Once the courier leaves, no returns are accepted.

🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges are available under the following conditions:

Your exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, free of stains, and odors.

📦 Exchange Process

Dm us at our Instagram page with your order number, reason for exchange, and the desired product with its size and color.

Once approved, we’ll send instructions for returning the item.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We reserve the right to reject exchanges that do not meet the criteria above.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

No refunds or store credits will be issued.

If tags are removed, items are not applicable for exchange.
